So many times, I hear clients say how anything bigger than an 8×10 is HUGE. I’m here to debunk that myth!
I want to you to close your eyes and envision a wall in your house and think of it without anything on the wall…it’s just a BLANK wall. Now imagine hanging a single 8×10 on that wall. An 8×10 seems tiny now, doesn’t it?
I’m going to show you a quick example of hot to build a great wall gallery from a session. Here is a blank wall in my son’s playroom. I love everything about his playroom except this wall. Other than the corkboard, that’s it! Nada, nothing, zilch.

So here is a grouping I created that would make a GREAT wall gallery.

Isn’t it amazing what can be done with your pictures? These are the wall prints that I offer to my clients. They are mounted on 1/4″ thick foamboard and I find them to be a great all-purpose print. With the foamboard backing, these are perfect for leaning on a shelf against a wall, adhering to the wall as-is or these are perfectly suitable for framing! And to give you an idea for size, this is a room that has 8 foot ceilings and the largest portrait in the middle is sized to a 24×36.
I’ve got more wall galleries I’m working on so check back often!
